Our Story
Belmont Management Group was founded with a simple yet powerful mission: To be a true partner in the success of every landlord we serve.
Raul Veitia, a real estate investor and entrepreneur, started Belmont in 2009 after experiencing firsthand the pitfalls of impersonal, one-size-fits-all property management. Frustrated by avoidable vacancies, poor communication, and missed opportunities, he envisioned a better way—one where landlords could rely on transparency, responsiveness, and tailored strategy.
As an investor himself, Raul brought a unique perspective to the table:

Our Team
At the heart of Belmont Management Group is an incredible team of professionals who bring passion, precision, and a deep sense of responsibility to every department—from leasing to maintenance, resident relations to HOA support. Every team member plays a critical role in delivering the consistent, personalized service our clients have come to expect.
Among our senior leadership, Martha Epstein, our Vice President of Property Management Operations, stands out as the operational backbone of Belmont. With a deep well of industry knowledge and years of hands-on experience, Martha leads our property management team with a balance of structure and care. She oversees day-to-day processes, trains staff, and ensures that each client and resident receives personalized, consistent attention. Her leadership has helped Belmont build scalable systems without sacrificing the 1-on-1 service that defines our company culture.
We are also fortunate to have Kalynn Rainwater, a critical force in our daily operations. Kalynn oversees all resident relations and internal company workflows with precision and professionalism. Her relentless attention to detail, organizational strength, and unwavering commitment to solving problems have made her an invaluable part of our team. Whether she's supporting our residents, refining processes, or ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, Kalynn’s work continues to add measurable value—every single day.
