Tenants always have the option to mail in their rent, but most prefer to use our property management software, which allows them to pay their rent and application fees online. Q: How do I receive financial statements and reports?
Owner statements are available online in your personal Owner Portal. The statements are easy to read and provide you with an overview of your property’s cash-related transactions. Additional reports are available upon request.
Q: How do I receive monthly rent payments?
Depending on your preferences, we will either send your checks by mail, or deposit the amounts directly into your bank account through electronic payments (ACH).
Q: How do I access my Owner Portal?
- You can access your portal at any time by logging into: belmont.appfolio.com/oportal
- Enter your email address on the “Owner Portal” request page, and click on the: “Send Access Email” button
- A link will then appear in your email inbox, which will direct you to a new page displaying all your owner reports
Q: Do I have to request and receive a new email every time I want to go into the Owner Portal?
Yes, the system is set up to use emailed links so as to ensure optimal security.
Q: I entered my email address and clicked “Send Access Email,” but haven’t received any messages. What do I do?
- Double check that you are using the same address you have on file with us.
- Check your spam or junk folder to ensure the message was not incorrectly filed.
